On the good end of your project
It is guaranteed to you by laws 231-2 and 231-6 of the code of construction (December 19, 1990).
Tradi Home has the obligation to subscribe a banking guarantee, which will take over, in the event of failure, until completion of the project (contract cgi Batiment 153 00).
Moreover Tradi Home subscribes, for each one of its customers, an insurance damage/work, which will cover during 10 years, the possible major damage after observation by only one expert (contract SMABTP 26 60 35. 8909 001).
